Swedish massage
Swedish Massage is one of the most common forms of massage therapy.The masseur/masseusse focuses on the superficial layers of muscles to which various degrees of pressure is applied. Gliding strokes, kneading and friction are used to ease muscular fatigue, reduce emotional and physical stress and  improve circulation and joint mobility.

Deep tissue massage
In deep tissue massage slower, more forceful strokes are used, aimed at the deeper layers of the muscle and fascia. Elbows and fingers are used as well as hands and forearms to release muscle tension and chronic knots.  DTM can break up the toxins accumulated in the muscle tissue, improve blood circulation and restore oxygen supply to the muscles thus reducing pain and joint stiffness and improving muscle flexibility.

 Foot reflexology
